The Legacy Group is a family owned and operated business with over 75 years of experience, specializing in Estate, Business and Retirement Planning with an emphasis on long-term, value-oriented relationships.

Larry Richardson, Seth Richardson, Eric Bascom, and John Wemple are devoted to their families and consider them to be their most valuable asset. They are actively involved in their church and community service.

All of the principals have achieved the prestigious honor of council, which recognizes members for their high level of expertise and devotion within the field of financial services.

The principals of the firm are involved with a number of community organizations including:

• The Rotary Club of East Ascension- International Committee Chair, Vice President and 2007 Rotarian of the year
• The Rotary Club of Gonzales
• The Ascension Chamber of Commerce
• The Boy Scouts of America- Eagle Scouts as well as continued leadership in the program
• Church service
• Sponsorship of Seniors on the Go- A club committed to the ongoing activities for the "on the go" senior
• Volunteer at St. Vincent De Paul Men's Center
